Written in plain language by the owner of this application. It describes what the service stores and how it is handled.

What we store

Account information: your email address, name and phone number if you provide them, and an optional profile photo.
Organization information: your shop or group name, industry, contact details and location addresses.
Equipment records: the machines you add, along with manufacturer, model, serial number, purchase and service details, costs and notes.
Files you upload: manuals, invoices, warranty certificates, inspection reports and photos.
Activity records: an audit log of changes made inside your organization, so administrators can see who changed what.

To operate the service: show your records, run reminders, produce reports and enforce access rules.
To secure accounts: authentication, session management and abuse prevention.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your equipment records for advertising.

Your records are isolated to your organization. Access inside the organization is limited by the role each person is assigned.
Uploaded files are held in private storage and are only reachable through short-lived links issued to people with access.
Service providers we use for hosting, databases and file storage process data on our behalf under their own terms.

Records are kept for as long as your organization has an active account.
You can delete individual equipment, documents and other records at any time; deletions are recorded in the audit log.
To have an entire organization and its files removed, contact us and we will action the request.
